The Steam controller, released way back in 2015 is now on sale for a low low low cheap price of $5 (plus shipping) with some deadly words, limited quantity remaining. The Verge touched bases with Valve and found out that after the current batch of Steam Controllers, there won’t be any more.

$5 is a good deal for a controller. I feel some users may end up making money if they sell the $5 controller on eBay for a higher price.

I feel a lot of buyers are game collectors who want to add this controller to their game collection.

It would be nice if the creator of Steam signed his autograh on the controller box, and controller. A autograph from Steam creator may make the controller worth a lot more in the future.
