The above device is called Stix. It is an example of a new line of wireless, motion-sensing gaming controllers for the PC and Internet.

There are two models, the Stix 200 and Stix 400. Stix 200 "adds active gameplay" to 2D online gaming. Stix 400 is compatible with both 2D and 3D environments.
