Strike the Blood Anime Gets 4th OVA Series

The "Dengeki Bunko Aki no Namahōsō Festival" event on Sunday revealed that the Strike The Blood franchise is getting both an original video anime (OVA) episode and a fourth OVA series in 2020.

The fourth OVA season is titled Strike The Blood IV (Strike The Blood Fourth). Strike The Blood IV will have a total of six episodes, with two episodes on each home video release. Kishida Kyōdan & The Akeboshi Rockets will perform the opening theme song, and Risa Taneda will perform the ending theme song.

Is there an overarching plot that gets revealed, or is it just a bunch of unrelated arcs? I couldn’t make it through season 1.

There is something forming, but these OVAs air so far apart its hard to follow it all.
