Suffering from heat rashes

I saw a kid this morning in my estate and almost all his neck was covered by heat rashes. I had to inspect him further and found out that all his back was attacked by the rashes. The weather have been very hot for the past week now and I assumed that why the kid was affected that way.

I practically had to sit in the rain few days ago just to calm my body down.

Some kids have this kind of reactions even immediately after birth. I'm not sure if it's only heat that is the cause of it.
