Suikoden made into Games?

So yeah, I've got wind of the fact that Suikoden got adapted into a games series. Dunno if thats truth, if not, then forgive me. If yes, then have you sampled it or played it?

The original came out in 1996 on the PS1. Is Suikoden also an anime?

Yep, twas a Chinese novel before being made into an anime... of great value might I mention or add.

On the Wikipedia page, it said it was a game series first.

As I know it, twas a Chinese novel... called "Sun wu kong" which translated into Japanese would mean "Suikoden". You probably read the Japanese Wiki of it.
