"ナンダコレ？" is the same as "何だこれ？", but written in Kanakana to make it seem more like if I were shouting from laughing.
And "草" (coming from "草生えた" = "grass has grown") is slang for lots of "笑"'s (which means "lol" and is commonly shortened to as "ｗ", but when you say "ｗｗｗｗｗｗｗｗ", it creates the illusion of growing grass, that's why).
