Not my type of game but it launches within a couple of days and I know we have lots of Nintendo fans here so thought I would post this so you guys can discuss the game!

I feel like I owe the younger mario gamer within me to buy both a Switch and a copy of this game this week, but I sadly will be holding off.

Looks quite decent to be honest. I've never played a Mario game other than the Olympic ones.

looking forward to your review, which if it is a live stream 24 hours from this post I should be able to watch.
If I stream the game, it won't be a review. I like my reviews to have both production values and some thought put in, which is hard to do when you're streaming it/playing it for the first time.
But I hope to start talking about it/playing the game tomorrow.
Games like this one make me want to buy a Nintendo Switch. I've never played it but I have seen enough walkthroughs to know I would love it. I'm a Nintendo fan and I've loved many of the games from the Mario franchise. I laughed so hard watching the ending of Super Mario Odyssey that my parents asked me if I was ok. I won't spoil anything out of respect for fans and gamers that haven't played the game yet, but... Way to go, Princess Peach! You're one of my favorite characters now.
Open world Mario? I'm expecting that the whole map would be huge, and will it still load areas? This is quite interesting. Oh memories of Mario 3
Mario's games have been around for generations. But thankfully, he's always evolving. It never disappoints me.
