Saw the trailer:
Suzume No Tojimari is a fantasy/adventure film about a 17-year-old girl named Suzume. After meeting a mysterious stranger, Suzume finds an otherwordly door that seemingly leads to nothing. After opening it, other doors begin to open across Japan, unleashing disasters across the country. To stop the destruction, Suzume must find and lock all of the otherworldly doors.

Reminds me of The Chronicles of Narnia

Movie scored good 95% Fresh tomatoes. and did well, grossing around $300 million woldwide.

"Suzume has everything you need to make for an impactful, emotional, and effective story. The core relationship feels a bit rushed, but the creativity that spawns from their journey makes for a spectacular theatrical experience."

I felt some influence had to be from Monsters Inc. but this looks more like a singular person's journey and I think the part where she's of age makes me think this is more on the inspiring side of things.

I finally watched this and it was a great movie but some parts of the story were just there for the movie and didn't feel natural. I think your name and even weathering with you were way better and so I wouldn't call suzume a must see.
