My system is getting power OFF automatically after 10-20 minutes after switching ON.

I have tried replacing power supply but no use also replaced cabinet.

when the cpu PC is placed on the floor horizontally where motherboard part touching the floor it is working fine, is it any short circuit in motherboard ?

Motherboard : MSI G41M-P33 Combo(MS-7592)
Processer : Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
RAM : 4GB (DDR2)
OS :Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) Build 7601 SP1
Power Supply: Zebronics 450W

Huh, ummm well not sure really. Could be that the way you are laying it allows it to be cooled off better to stay on. So I would peg the issue being heat related.

Maybe the CPU Heatsink cooling fan is loose, or you need to re-apply the thermal paste to the CPU and the bottom metal part of the Heatsink cooling fan.

Placing your PC horizontally may make the heatsink on the CPU have better contact with the CPU compared to placing your PC vertically where the Heatsink maybe loose or not have good contact with the CPU.
