Take your PlayStation with you?

[Demon_Skeith]

For whichever PlayStation consoles you owned, have you often carried the system with you to a different place to use?

I never carried any of my Playstation console with me to use away from home because I don't want to risk damaging my console if I accidentally dropped it, losing my console, or getting it stolen.

not a Playstation but I used to take my N64 and then Gamecube over my cousins whenever I stayed the night when we were kids.

I never brought my playstation consoles with me, but funny enough my mom got my PS1 from her work. She worked at Super 8 Motel in the early 00's and someone left their PS1 behind. No one came back to claim it so she was able to bring it home.

If I owned a Vita and PS2 slim, I would only bring them if I made a tech demo.

Always thought it was so dumb.

It's basically like a gaming laptop (at the time there's no gaming laptop though) only a lot smaller and easy to carry- especially if you travel by air a lot-fit easily under the seat. So no to me it's not dumb lol because you had a good compact home console level (at the time) gaming computer that you could easily take with you wherever you go and play anywhere.

But the screen was soooo small.

True but the psone could only output 240p so the small screen actually made the graphics looked sharper and better imo as the pixels weren't "stretched" like when playing it on a big crt tv.
