An animated anthology series, the new Tales of the Jedi might be how Lucasfilm finally makes Revan officially canon.

Revan, for those not deep into the Star Wars lore, is the central figure of the Knights of the Old Republic video game. Outside of a few game-adjacent novels and brief appearances in comic books, there aren’t many stories about him. With all the old Star Wars Expanded Universe now relegated to “Legends” material, the canonicity of Darth Revan is an open question. Yet now that we know Dave Filoni is involved with Tales of the Jedi, this might be the way Lucasfilm introduces this character to the masses.

They cut the Expanded Universe but add a video game universe. At least it's still Star Wars. Looks good enough to watch.
 
Revan is an excellent character in KOTOR. So I hope the show will not disappoint.
 
Oh please add Revan, that would be so cool. Just think of the stories they could tell.

The series will be comprised of six animated shorts focusing on characters from Star Wars' prequel era, primarily Ahsoka Tano and Count Dooku. Liam Neeson will also return to voice the Jedi Master, Qui-Gon Jinn. The stories focusing on Ahsoka will chart different parts of her life, while those focusing on Dooku will also feature a young Qui-Gon, voiced by Neeson's son, and will be significantly darker in tone.
