In this week's issue of Famitsu magazine, Capcom announced that Tekkaman Blade will one of the new characters to appear in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars, the Wii port of their latest 2D fighting game.
The announcement was made for the Japanese version of Ultimate All-Stars, an improved version of the original 2008 game that includes features not available in the first Japanese release, such as online play. Both the Japanese re-release and the localized US version are set for release this winter.
Tekkaman Blade, an armored hero that fights the evil Radam alien race in the year 2087, was the star of the 1992 anime series of the same name, released in the US commercially under the name Teknoman.
