If you get some donations or something to your paypal account...(not much but a few $), do you have to pay Tax? If so, is it worth it?
Like getting to fill all the extra forms and such?

I think it depends on your area, but I've never paid tax on my paypal. Far as I'm concerned that is not the USA's money to tax.

You are talking about India?
Paypal is taking money itself which is not fine; I say find alternatives of Paypal like Skrill, Payoneer etc.

I think it is best to ask an accountant since going to court or paying fines for not paying taxes is not worth it. In some countries, if you don't earn enough money per year, you generally don't need to pay taxes.

I file my donations to my self-employment earnings, so I decrease my risk of getting investigated by the tax office.

In India too you don't have to pay tax for online earning unless you earn 75k USD; yet Paypal take tax on your little earning.

Bitcoin does look like a good alternative to payment companies because I read a few stories of people having their Paypal and credit card, and bank accounts banned and closed at a random time.

Thank you guys. I do earn enough but sometimes....I get donations and even though it's a good thing...I get worried because of the tax stuff.
Once again, thank you guys
