Teeth Fillings

Anyone here often have to get a filling put on your tooth due to decay/cavities?

I get my teeth cleaned and checked once a year. So far all I got was a wire retainer, and my teeth are doing good. Although my gums can bleed every once and a while.

I haven't done this before but I think it's a necessary evil that will help to prevent further damage.

2 out of 3 done, last two just the upper teeth, so that doesn't take much numbing or work as the bottom.

I've had a few fillings over the years, and it's never fun at all. Now, I've learned to take better care of my teeth so that I can avoid them.
