Yes, the Grid is very green since you can use computers which are on, but not doing anything to run scientific calculations, and other programs ultra fast by combining all the unused RAM, Processing, storage, and other PC parts to work as one super computer, but without the expense of owning many supercomputer which can cost a lot.
