It's been several years since we began covering the iControlPad, a gamepad adapter for mobile devices, and I've stopped believing that I'd ever type these words, but here we go: The iControlPad is finally available and the first units will ship out next week.

The adapter's priced at $75 and will give just about any Bluetooth-capable device a nice little gamepad consisting of a digital d-pad, two analog nubs, six face buttons and two rear buttons.

The iControlPad looks like a good analog gamepad for smart phones for players who want analog directional pad, Joysticks, and buttons for their cell phone games on Iphone or other smart phones like Google Android phones.

looks good, but I'll stick to my nintendo handhelds.
