I think it would make for a interesting movie myself, I loved The Last of Us.

It does all depend on if they do it right.  Sam Raimi is a cool director, don't know about producer though.

I think its already pretty mainstream so not sure if sales would pick up by a drastic amount. Would most likely guarantee a prequel though.
