Thoughts on the Konami working environment crisis?

Or in other words, the company is apparently treating their staff horribly at the moment, to the point of micro managing every small break they have:

So yeah, thoughts? I personally find the working environments in these companies absolutely horrible, and I really feel sorry for anyone having to put up with this crap. It also makes me wish Konami would fail, just so they can see for themselves how their employment tactics don't work.

Would explain why Konami stated they were moving to focus on mobile around the same time P.T. got removed from PS4.
