According to the full article on the original website, Tiger said he was taking multiple prescribe medicine, and he was not drinking alcohol, or using illegal drugs. I think Tiger Woods should of used a Taxi, or read the bottle to see if it is safe to drive if what Tiger said was true that he was taking medicine.
At least, no one got hurt.

Guy needs to stay away from cars. They seem to cause him in trouble every time
It is odd that Tiger still chooses to drive even after getting into trouble for driving in the past. He can most likely afford to hire a taxi, limo, and personal driver if he wanted to.
There are also race car driving training courses, and race tracks which he can rent if he misses the real feeling of driving a car on a road if car driving video games like Grand Theft Auto V are not realistic, or fun enough for him.

At one point, money may of bought him happiness when he was younger. Earning money from golf allowed him to play golf , and win golfing tournaments instead of needing to work at a regular job like an office worker who work at an office to earn money for rent, and food, but some office workers dislike their job because working at an office can be boring for people who don't like office work, and meetings.
