Tokyo Game Show 2023 was a return to form for Japan’s premier gaming event and the numbers are here to back it up. While the show did officially return last year, most restrictions that were put into place were removed to make this year’s version of the show akin to what was done in the past. Using the theme, “Games in Motion, the World in Revolution,” 243,238 people attended the show between Thursday, September 21 to Sunday, September 24.

Tokyo Game Show 2024 is set to take place once again at Makuhari Messe from Thursday, September 26 to Sunday, September 29, 2024.
