How much time do you spend watching tv? Do you think you spend too much time watching tv? Do you believe watching tv can rot your brain out (especially if you watch too much)?

Not as much as I used to, but I'm always looking at a monitor/screen for work releated stuff if that counts.

I'm not sure I watch too much, to be fair. I do watch quite a bit at night but it's probably around 1-1.5 hours of TV shows which is not too bad.

I believe you can watch as much TV as you want as long as everything around you is still in order. That can be other people living there, the bills, the lights, utilities, transportation, dishes, groceries... Assuming it's a show with bad writing or just a kids' show in general I'd say it might get really bad when you see all the unrealistic sense in it. However, I think a lot of people staring at smaller screens can be distracting and painful for your neck, so watching TV at home with your to-do list all checked can be rewarding as long as you find value in the content.

I don't usually watch TV, when I do it's when I'm with company which is not very often. lol

I used to watch TV a lot when I was younger, but watching DVDs of my favorite shows as well as getting them streamed has rendered television obsolete! Of course, video games are much more important than TV is!

I don't watch that much tv so I couldn't be accused of watching too much tv. Normally I don't have more than 2 or 3 shows going on at a time, if that.

Do you mean you watch two or three different tv shows in rotation? I would find it difficult watching two or three shows at the same time. haha

They aren't on at the same time. I mean, I have 2 or 3 shows that I watch over the course of the week.

My husband watches probably closer to 20 shows over the course of the week.
