To crack down on the rising crime and homeless situation in the nation's capital, Trump is locking down DC and deploying the National Guard, with the federal government taking over all local police actions.

Hopefully, many DC homeless people can legally find a home to live in like a good friend's or family memver's home where they won't be considered as homeless, so they hopefully won't get arrested or mistreated by some National Gaurds.
