It's coming to the US and presumably Europe as Pokemon Conquest, and hence will not be a Japan exclusive game.

so for all those of you who were thinking we'd never get the game, you're wrong.

Is that the one that looks like a JRPG, but using Pokemon? If so then no. It's not a bad idea, but it doesn't have a Pokemon feel. It's like Final Fantasy and Pokemon mixed together and I don't know how I feel about it. I may get it some day if I ever come across an abundance of money.
