TV Series that were cut short

Are there any TV series that you got into but was disappointed when they decide to call it quits and not come out with another season?

Some titles that come to mind for me are:

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

Cinderella, and 'This Is Us really made me feel so ecstatic in recent times. It rolls down some good memories and wanna make me draw back the hands of time to go back to the time when I was crazy about the two TV series.

I didn't finish This Is Us. Was this series cut off too short? In that case I may not pick it up again. I don't like getting sucked into a TV show with no closure!
