On April 4th, Twitch made a significant announcement via a tweet regarding its Suspension Evasion Policy. The updated policy grants streamers the freedom to discuss or react to VODs or livestreams originating from suspended accounts, reflecting a notable shift in Twitch's approach towards suspended content creators. However, it's important to note that certain actions remain prohibited under the new policy. For instance, directly hosting suspended users on one's stream, sharing their content without adding any commentary, or allowing them to actively participate in one's channel are still off-limits.

Good for twitch, people should not be trying to get around a suspension anyway. I have streamed off and on on twitch for 8 years now, and I never got suspended one time. So if someone gets suspended, it has to be for a good reason.

This is good and it's about time Twitch changed this policy. All too often so many tend to get around suspensions and it has become a regular thing. If you are suspended or banned, it is for a reason.
