Is this legal? Do they have rights to stream those movies? I mean, I know that there are sites that lowkey do that anyways, but this is Twitch and they should care about DMCA...

apparently its an official thing set up by whoever owns the movie rights. It's apart of Pokemon 20th anniversary.
