The Wekey pocket keyboard is an incredibly thin and light keyboard for mobile devices. It folds in half for easy packing and uses bluetooth to connect wirelessly.

This thin keyboard looks good for people who don't like holding their smartphone while they type, or want to type on a bigger size keyboard instead of a slippery touchscreen, and use an external monitor to view text and pictures on a larger full size desktop LCD monitor instead of the smaller touchscreen where sometimes a large amount of the screen is used to display the on-screen touch keyboard when typing.

I think it can be a good idea to use a protective box to carry this keyboard since it looks like it may break-in-half if someone sits on it when they have it in their back pants pocket, or something heavy like a book crushes it inside a bag.

Nice!! How much is it?

Cool, right on. I still use a Logitech Ultra X PS/2 keyboard. Best keyboard I've ever used. I even have a spare since they stopped making them years ago!

I'm still using an older Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro keyboard which has both a PS/2 and USB cable. I can use it on two computers where I plug in the USB port on one computer, and plug in the PS/2 port on another computer.

The keyboard is old, but it feels solid, and is easy to type on, and the palm rest is part of the Keyboard, so the Palm rest does not need to be installed, and it won't come off or break off.

a bit much I'm willing to pay but its neat for those on the go.

Here it is:

If you are lucky you can find it on eBay and there is a site that still sells dust/waterproof "skins".

Hell yeah. I've gone thru about 5 or 6. The one we have now is still mint thanks to a skin we bought for it. Plus I have one more, brand new, and a new skin. :)

I'm not willing to pay that much for a keyboard when mine works just fine. My keyboard is bulky but who cares? I like it and it's functional. Somethings are just a waste and this is one of them. I don't see this as being sturdy. I looks flimsy and cheapy for $50. Technology is changing and there is a lot of useless stuff out there.

hehehe Indeed. I've used many types of keyboards and my Ultra X Logitech still is the best. :)

I want it! Just because! I don't really need it. I have a fairly new keyboard. Although it doesn't have the function buttons on it like my old one did so I can launch my browser quickly and that. And it's missing one of the stands on the back and keeps moving away from me. Honestly, I'm thinking about screwing or super gluing it to my desk the darned thing like come back here! But the only thing about thin keyboards is that it's easier to make mistakes when typing as they aren't exactly raised keys are they? The raised keys on a keyboard are raised to make it ergonomic. So that thin keyboard probably sacrifices ergonomics over flexibility and style. That said, I used to have a laptop with a chiclet keyboard and that was quite nice to type on once you got used to it! :)

$50 for a keyboard seems a bit much :/

I agree $50 is a little much for a mini-wireless keyboard.

I feel the maker of the keyboard is selling it at $50 because $50 is the maximum price which most middle-class people are willing to pay for a keyboard. Most people are already used to paying $40-50 for game controllers, other wireless keyboards, and mouse.

be nice if a mouse came with it.

I agree, it would be nice if it came with a mouse. But, I think buyers are unlikely to get anything extra since most companies don't bundle extra stuff without raising the price.

Most regular keyboards, and gaming controllers for PC and game consoles don't come bundle with a cleaning clothe, cleaning brush, or basic carrying case or bag which are sometimes worth less than a dollar since buyers can buy a cleaning clothe, cleaning brush, or small bag/case for $1 or less at a dollar store, and other discount stores.

It's great and all, and I've seen wireless keyboards before while shopping (I'm looking for a wireless one because my current keyboard is nearly dead) and it's at the same price range, about $50. I'm not really in the place to purchase a keyboard for $50, when my mouse which is great and all, only cost me $20 - which is even expensive in comparison to other mice (mouses?). So I think I'll pass on this one, no matter how slim it is. The perks of having a wireless keyboard is great, but a wired one will do just fine.

I paid $8 for my mouse. hehehe

The cheap ones can last years if you take care of them properly. I don't see why I should pay big money for something that an average/generic device can do for a long time too. In my opinion, generic ones can be enough to do most things in your computer, and the only reason to get "gaming" stuff or these really expensive keyboards is to brag to people that you can afford them.
