At long last Uncharted 4 has a full name and it's Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.
 
The way they made it sound in the trailer also sort of sounded like this may also be the last Uncharted game for a while...

(Plus the name doesn't really help.)
 
I guess they didn't want to finish it off with Uncharted 3, arguably not the best of the series. I'm interested at where this is headed, but I also speculate from the tone and the title itself that this will be quite a dark chapter in the Uncharted series.
 
I've never played any of the Uncharted games but this looks really intriguing. Should I go back and play the earlier ones or just wait until this one comes out?

Definitely play the older ones. The stories are connected so some things may not make sense to you when you pick this up.
