So, how do you fix this?
I tried to re-install the drivers and I have tried the power management system as well....

You can try this:

Leave it plugged in
Open device manager
Iirc look under USB devices for a yellow ! Point
Right click and select uninstall
Unplug device
Plug it back in
Possible reboot

I’m doing this off memory, but click around in the device manager and look for unrecognized devices

USB 2.0 or 3.0 and isn't it on your motherboard or in front of the case. Ohh and LAptop or desktop?

If the above don't work then try another PC or usb port, if it still doesn't work then your flash drive is dead. Always make sure you eject them before pulling them out of your PC so not to damage the driver connection.

Done all of that
Tried to reinstall the root hub as well and I followed couple of other instructions as well... From Google

Maybe your USB device, motherboard, USB port or the USB chip is broken and causing problems on your PC.

Maybe it is a good idea to exchange the USB drive for another brand if you can't fix your USB problem with Windows 10.

Static electricity or a poorly built USB flash drive can cause some drives to fail earlier than expected.

Check if you have heatsinks overheating and bad motherboard capacitors? How old is the board and see if there is even power going to those sockets?

I think testing the USB flash drive on another computer, or testing the PC's USB port with another brand of new USB flash drive may help you figure out what is wrong.

Scanning your computer for viruses, and malware may fix your problem if a virus or malware disabled your USB port after it infected Windiws.

I wish you good luck fixing your USB problem.
