The Vibe Google Android ICS 4.0 Smart TV HDMI stick looks good for someone who just wants a cheap, small, and easy to use computer to watch video, YouTube, web browse, play angry birds, and do other things on their TV without spending a lot of cash on a full size computer which costs hundreds to thousands of dollars.
It is also fanless, so it won't require dust cleaning like a laptop or desktop.
I think the Ouya at 99.99 dollars would be a better deal, but it is somewhat bigger. Although, the Ouya can play games better since it has a controller.
