I thought "the park" was simulation game like all of those "mall tycoon, skatepark tycoon, zoo tycoons".
Now that I've read up on it, it's suppose to be some kind of thriller where a child goes missing and nightfall happens so the mother searches for him alone to get locked up in some evil carnival.....stuff.
It actually sounds cool, but it will probably look cheap.
