Maxthon 3 Web browser is a fast, stable, easy to use web browser with a lot of cool features like the option to save Flash video files to your computer, different skins,nice looking download manager, Speed dial, pop-up and ad blocker, web browser notepad, flash video pop-up window to watch flash video on a separate pop-up window, and a safe URL checker on the address bar.
It uses the same web browser program as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and other WebKit based browsers.
But, the user interface reminds me more of Opera, and FireFox since Chrome has fewer buttons, and is more minimalistic then most browsers including Maxthon
