Dailymotion.com, and Metacafe.com also host adult videos (nudity, partial nudity, etc) which people over the age of 18 can view on the same site as regular videos like music videos, anime, amvs, tech videos, etc are hosted on.

I don't really have a problem with it because I'm not against people watching nudity since it is their computer and internet, so they can watch whatever they want as long as it is not illegal videos. As long as they are over 18, it is not really a problem unless they are some kind of sexy video addict.

It is a good alternative to video sites which only host adult videos since there are also anime, music videos, and funny videos on Metacafe and Dailymotion. Plus, Dailymotion and Metacafe are relatively safe websites like Youtube, Veoh, etc, so there less chances of getting a virus then visiting some random adult website found online as long as you stay on dailymotion or metacafe and don't click the links on the video description.

If I was baby sitting, I probably would not want the kids to be on Metacafe since all you have to do is press the "I'm 18+" button and can view adult videos while dailymotion.com only allow people with accounts that are 18+ to watch sexy videos. But, it is very easy to make an account or lie about your age online.

I'm not against sites like these.. but then again, I'm not for them either.. they're just not my cup of tea.. and as long as the participants are over 18..

If I were babysitting, I probably wouldn't have the kids online anyway.. we'd likely be doing homework, playing a [board game] kicking a ball around in the back yard, or doing something creative..

I think Dailymotion, Break.com, Newground and Metacafe lets people upload 18+ video to compete against Youtube by making sections for adults since competeing with Youtube can be difficult, so competeing video sites need to allow certain niches like extreme violent, 18+, longer videos then 10 minutes, etc which YT does not allow.

Sort of like some General Chat Forums which has a 18+ section with adult content.

there's nothing wrong with it since there are tons of sites dedicated to 18+ material and videos, and if nothing else these sites are just safer to view it on.

Plus, you are less likely to find the very weird and illegal 18+ video since Dailymotion and Metacafe audience is mostly the general audience like most people who watch local TV who are generally not into the super weird.
