Chinnababu (Chiranjeevi) is an aspiring footballer who has a good heart. But his father does not support a career in football.But their family struggles to arrange adequate money for his little sister's marriage. Now Chinnababu has to find a way to marry her sister off with dignity, by donating one of his kidneys to save a rich man's heir and sent that money.

To be honest, never heard of it before. I will have to look into it. I didn't know that hero played football before xD
 
Did a fast google and I haven't heard of this film, and I wouldn't even know it anyway :p It's a Indian film that's not even English Audio.

But seen that they made a 2020 film on it also.
