You know how people were finding it crazy how Rovio thought Angry Birds was the next Mario and how some considered an animated series?

Well you haven't seen nothing yet. Behold, the most ridiculous idea for a video game movie ever:

We will continue writing movies. We are also working on several new and very exciting opportunities. We're in conversations with Zynga to do something with one of their brands,

Can't really say too much on that front yet, but 'Old MacDonald' didn't have a factory, if you get our drift.

It's an old article (from late last year), but still, how the hell? I mean it could refer to the short cartoon they supposedly released, but even that sounds stupid as hell from the description.

have video game movies gone too far?

Zynga disgusts me.....

wat

Why... Just... Why.... Everyone knows that bringing video games to the big screen almost never turns out good. And why this game? At the very least, Angry Birds had a sort of plot. I don't know much about FarmVille, but I'm pretty sure there's a total lack of a plot line. Then again, Minecraft doesn't have a plot either, yet there are literally hundreds, maybe thousands, of good shorts on YouTube about it. Still, why bring a casual Facebook game to the big screen?

Wow this would be like giving Harvest Moon a movie. However Harvest Moon is actually kind of fun. I mean I don't like working, but I guess the game is cool. Also they could work a relationship thing into a Harvest Moon movie. However for Farmville, which I too know nothing of, just sounds like a boring idea for a movie. Plus I wouldn't count Facebook games as real video games.
