Read from CBR:
The newly established Warner Bros. Discovery is reportedly looking to shake up DC Entertainment in a big, big way.
The move from CEO David Zaslav is said to be an effort to create cohesion between Warner Bros.' DC movies, streaming shows and the creative division as a whole. It's also noted that Zaslav is seeking someone to serve the role Marvel Studios President/Marvel CCO Kevin Feige does for the wildly successful Marvel Cinematic Universe, albeit for the DC Extended Universe.
Sources specifically point to projects such as Aquaman, The Batman and Peacemaker as examples of Warner Bros.' success with DC properties, but it's the lack of a singular vision that has the merged Warner Bros. Discovery interested in making such a drastic change. At the time of this writing, it's unclear how DC Films President Walter Hamada fits into that new vision, though he remains under contract until the end of 2023.
As for the television side of things, DC has had a long-running relationship with The CW, which houses the interconnected Arrowverse shows such as The Flash, DC's Legends of Tomorrow and Superman & Lois. However, despite some connective tissue thanks to the "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover, these properties exist separately from HBO Max's more mature Titans and Doom Patrol, and all of those are separate from Peacemaker and the planned The Batman spinoffs, which are tied to the main DCEU.
