I imagine the Higly skilled tech worker shortages in some countries is making it more difficult to make good games.

With retro, yeah test on an emulator. But I get it, more consoles, more work. Sometimes it can be frustrating.

It's why I kind of like console exclusive games, because that game, had all attention on one platform leading to hopeful better development.
