Web development and management: What is your skill level?

If you own a website, or develop websites using the various languages and elements such as HTML, PHP, CSS, etc., what is your level of skill? Well, since last year I got my own website self-hosted for the first time, I might say that I am probably a beginner, or intermediate!

I used to be really good back in the day, but with all the easy GUI these days, I've grown soft.

I pick Begginer because I mostly use website software like WordPress, phpBB, and blogger to make websites with point and click graphical user interface.

Nothing much to brag about, from my side.
I would call my skill as a beginner skill.

It's in between intermediate and expert at the moment really. In terms of coding my own project and sites, I would say I am around the intermediate level. But for website management, I would definitely say I am an expert.
