What actually happened to that hack 'we' were working on?

Because a few months ago, it was all coming along OK, AFAIK. Was it just completely just destroyed, scrapped, blown to bits never to be seen again, or is it still being secretly worked on? Last time I heard, it was going to just be re-named, because you were going to be opening up a new forum (which is this forum), but then suddenly, by the time DSU closed, the hack was just ... well it's like it never existed.

What are you talking about the DSU Mario World? Might be renamed to 3DS Mario World.
 
That one. I'm aware we're not supposed to be talking about this, but I just wanted to know, is it actually still being worked on, in the background, as they say, or has it been just scrapped for no reason?
 
It's probably just about cancelled. Sketch or whoever is about to leave the internet for two years, Yoshi987 quit hacks, and the other person working on it has more recent things to do.
 
Pity...so much time went into it. We should just release it and say "Here you go, everyone! Please enjoy the mangled heap of levels we've put together. Feel free to explore what we actually did finish."
