There are loads of different accessories for gaming needs, but what do you guys use? Can be a system specific or not, but it has to be something that doesn't ship with any system or be considered a basic equipment (like mouse and keyboard).
Well I have my laptop to play light games on and for that I use the built-in keyboard and my Steelseries Rival mouse, which is a decent budget gaming mouse that has enough dpi to make any pro happy and the RGB lighting and customization software is awesome. I would ideally have a slimmer, lighter laptop such as an HP Spectre, Dell XPS13 or Macbook Pro on an aluminum stand with an external keyboard and mouse in front of me but my budget doesn't allow such things.
With regards to my PS4, all I have is the included white controller (I have always loved consoles and peripherals in white for some reason) and a pair of PlayStation gaming headphones which work great and are rather useful as my sound system is sub-par and in need of an upgrade. I do think its more immersive if you have headphones when you play games as opposed to speakers anyway.
I think the most important one is the mouse.Maybe not on most genres but on a fps a good mouse with a good sensor is really a must have if you want to become really good

I use a mouse with side click keys, but not one with a keyboard on the side. I like extra buttons but not too many, I don't have the dexterity honestly to deal with too many buttons but the standard two plus scroll wheel just don't do it for me.
