What are your views on people who call people who use Dreamweaver, Frontpage, and Visual website edi

I think it can be kind of mean/rude calling someone a newbie/noob just because they use a visual "What you see is what you get" website editor like Dreamweaver, Frontpage, or Expressions.

Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc can save a lot of time because it can instantly generate image tags and link tags with a click of a few buttons.

Plus, there is a source code view for Dreamweaver, so it is entirely possible to hand code an entire website with Dreamweaver.
