I would say Toys R Us and Hollywood Video.

Damn, Hollywood Video, been ages since I heard that.

Also Toys R Us is making a come back.

I miss Radio Shack, you could always find that odd thing you need there.

And a local place called Walsh Store, it was like walmart before there was a walmart.

Target in Canada I always wanted to work there when I was like 16 sadly it got closed when I Just turned 16 :( .

CompUSA and Tower Records. I spent a large portion of my 20's at those two places. lol

There are sooooo many, off the top of my head..

Toys R Us
Woolworths
Debenhams
The Warner Brothers Store

Toys R Us is the main one. I loved visiting the store as a kid and just walking through all the giant isles to find the toy that you want

Toys R Us 100%. I didn't get a toy or game but it was treat to even just able to walk around and look at them.

Toys R Us was the fucking shit. hehe

I must say I do miss the days with Blockbuster. Times when we would spend like an hour picking out a movie or two based on the cover and genre.

Yes, Blockbuster was awesome! Before them in my home town it was "Erol's". I remember you had to like walk thru this narrow passage and show ID and stuff to get the tapes. This was back when renting was still fairly new. :)

Yes I remember that as well. They had to hand you the tapes on the other side of the security so you don't set off the alarm. My parents never let me get the snacks but I always dreamed of being able to buy the candy and bucket of popcorn some day.

Sucks you never got any of the snacks, Blockbuster had a few rare stuff.

Their snacks reminded me of stuff you'd find at movie theatre concession stands which I also never expected to get when visiting the cinema. I'm pretty sure that's why I tend to splurge now as an adult.
