There are a couple of things that can get one irritated. For me, I get irritated when someone disturbs the neighborhood with some high sounds from the music player. What could yours be?

Anyone with no remorse isn't an ideal person to deal with.

Interacting with angry strangers can be irritating because there is a chance the angry person is taking many illegal drugs, and they are not seeking professional help for their anger problems which cause them to be more violent, when the person can no longer control their anger.
