Chelsea FC has made a lot of purchases thos summer with the total rising up to 300 million pounds. Do you see them not been fined by the FFP?

All the money the new Chelsea owner Todd Boehly have splashed in two transfer window haven't changed anything about them being a shiitty club. Everton was deducted 10 points by FA and they are nearly above Chelsea in the EPL table.
