What do you think of Garage Sales?

I think Garage Sales are pretty good since the stuff is cheap. I bought an ice-cube tray for 0.25 cents. which is a good deal. But, if you buy electronics, or motorized stuff like lawn mowers. You should ask if you can test them if it works, and if it does not you can get your money back.

Garage Sales are best for getting cheap comics when the parents found old comics in their kids room. I also gotten two PS2 games which are playable "Not many scratches on the Disk" for 10 dollars.

What I like most about Garage sales is I do not have to pay tax, so less of my money is going to taxs since the owner already paid for me when he bought the product new at a store.

I wish buying a Used car or House did not require taxs.

if you got the time and a car with a full tank of gas you could get lot's of neat things at Garage Sales.

I can imagine all the upset students who got home from college during winter break and found out their parents sold all their collectible comics, video games and action figures for a few measly bucks at a garage sale.

This is one of the reason why living at home during college is better since you won't be shocked by having your things sold or thrown out.
