What do you think of those little programs called widgets?

I think they are rather not very useful since Windows already come with a lot of the functions those widgets can do. For example, I already have a clock on my Task bar, so I don't need a clock on my desktop.

I think Widgets are okay for websites since they make websites more useful like those google map widgets help people find directions.

it depends on the website the widget is used for, but I view some widgets as useless on some sites and really lags them.

I find those giant chat box widgets to be kind of annoying sometimes espiecally if no one uses them to chat. I like video player widgets.

To be honest, I like widgets.

I used to have a lock and temperature widget on my laptop screen...but later I got tired of them.
