What do you use to get rid of your Temporary/Junk files left over from browsers, and other programs?

I use Priform CCleaner CCleaner . It is fast easy, and has a lot of features like the built in registry cleaner, startup manager, and program installer. Plus, it automatically deletes your recycle bin when you run the program.

I do it all manually. I'd rather not download additional programs to do something I can do myself.

You guys can always use the built-in disk cleanup utility which comes with Win. XP to Win Vista which does not require a download.
