I like Forge of Empires - a bit similar to DomiNations (like it as well). It features the plot in which you have to travel through different eras, create your own empire and amass wealth to be efficient in trade, battles and so on and so forth. The game is wonderful, the developers are trying to improve a lot of interesting quests, events. Recommend it.
I think Warcraft 3 is one of the best RTS games.
