In my experiences (at least) we often hear of the relationship between being free, or liberated, or fulfilled through our careers.

What I want to discuss is whether or not as a community, the consensus is that we believe we could have the same content feeling without our jobs/careers as we do with and/or due to them.

Now, for the sake of this thread, it would probably be easier to forget the outside influences attached to why we work (in terms of supporting ourselves) and the obvious pro of not working (more time for loved ones) and focus purely on whether or not we feel as though we could achieve the same fulfillment we believe we get from our jobs, without them.

For me. I don't know for sure, as I think I know a few unemployed people with little responsibilities in life, who just seem to have it all worked out (this is not me taking them as an example or role model.
But, I can't help but feel my biggest issue would be all the spare time. I have a hard enough time on the occasions I find myself with nothing to do as it is...

A lot of jobs are hell for people, specially in the medical field and factory field. I know some people would be better off not working and there are some who need to work 24/7 to be fullfilled. Just depends on your life.

Well, anyone can become employed but feeling fulfilled, can be a rare thing.
Some people don't enjoy their job and someone does...and that's the difference.
