Is it just me or do some of the employee's lack manners and respect when you're trying to buy a game or trading in sometimes?

I remember when I was trading in an older system and one of them mouthed off at me after asking me if it worked. The guy didn't want to hook the system up and check it if would work. So he started talking smack about

" Customers like me"

To his associate. Talk about rude and I just wanted to do a trade so I could save money when I bought a new release. I was thinking the entire time that these guys were just a bunch of pricks.

I'm not the only one who's had this problem. Also, I do not agree with how they do business with people.

I know they are running a business, but running off people isn't a way to do business.

This is just one of the many things they do to people. I'm not the only who deals with these issues. Other people on youtube describe them as well. This is just one of the many issues with Game Stop.

My main problem with Game Stop is that when I want to buy a new game in the package. They try really hard to get me to buy a used copy. One guy wouldn't stop, he made me put the new copy back, and than I told him to go F himself and than went to Wal-Mart and bought the new copy there. They need to quit forcing things on people.

You should have asked for the manger, if they want to talk like that they can talk in the unemployment line.

I wouldn't take any crap like that personally myself to be honest, seems they need to realise their place to be honest and I also myself would have asked to speak to the manager and would not have left until I did. A lot of employers seem to think they are gods gift and can do what they like but usually once the word 'manager' is uttered they soon change their tune. They definitely should not be talking to people like that.
